The Role
We are constantly growing and we want to hire the best. So, we are looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive presales, sales, networking, and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, increasing revenue, and contributing to the overall growth of our company.
Key responsibilities

Presales, Sales and Account Management:
-
Drive presales efforts, including customer onboarding, proposal development, solutions presentations and client consultations.

Facilitate end-to-end business opportunities handling, providing support throughout the sales process, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, and ensuring successful deal closure.

Manage and nurture client accounts through effective account management and customer success strategies.

Networking:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry professionals.

Represent Programize at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Marketing / Lead generation:
-
Conduct market discovery to generate leads and identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Execute comprehensive marketing initiatives including digital marketing, to enhance brand awareness.

What we are looking for
-
Educational background:
-
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
-

Professional experience:
-
3 to 5 years of proven work experience in business development, presales, and sales within the software services or IT industry. Additional experience in a technical role will be considered a plus.

Skills:
-
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical skills, enabling the clear and concise articulation of technical concepts.

High level of energy and a positive "get-things-done" attitude.

Ownership and accountability.

Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with numbers and strong quantitative skills.

Fluency in both Greek and English, both in writing and orally.

Broad understanding of the software industry. Having experience working in a software development company is considered a plus.

Familiarity with CRM software and other business tools.
