The Role
We are looking for a highly driven individual with an exceptional ability to coordinate teams of Software Engineers and see projects to completion in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work on diverse and innovative projects that involve, within an environment that fosters collaboration, creativity and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and at high quality.

• Establish and maintain good customer relationships.

• Understand and document customer needs, priorities and objectives.

• Develop detailed project outlines and plans.

• Monitor, control and report project progress using appropriate tools.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Coordinate and manage internal resources.

 

What we are looking for

• 4-6 years of proven work experience in leading software teams and managing projects throughout the SDLC.

• Solid technical background with a good understanding of software delivery processes.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Quality-driven mentality.

• Familiarity with Agile development methods.

• Fluent in both Greek and English, both in writing and orally.

• Degree in Computer Science or related field and ideally Project Management-related accreditation.
