We are constantly growing and we want to hire the best. So we are looking for a talented Data Analyst to strengthen our team, who will be responsible interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing insights that drive business decisions. The role requires a strong understanding of data analysis techniques, statistical methods, and a keen eye for detail. With us, you will have the opportunity to grow technically and professionally by working on diverse projects in an environment that fosters knowledge sharing and growth.

If you are a self-motivated and driven Data Analyst who has:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Data Analysis

• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, and segmentation techniques. Data Engineering experience is also a plus.

• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), databases (SQL, MongoDB), programming (Python), relevant tools (e.g., Airflow, Jupyter) and data ETL processes.

• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.

• Independent worker, self learner attitude

• Have strong sense of ownership, bias for action and drive

• Have excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Demonstrable ability to deliver projects on time, with high quality, and within budget

• Have a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management or related technical discipline
