We are constantly growing, so we are looking for a Production Support Engineer to support and troubleshoot production systems in the Banking sector, ensuring smooth business operations.

The Role 

• Second-level support of a production banking origination system.

• Investigation and resolution of technical issues.

• Coordination with other teams about resolving production issues.

• QA testing to ensure smooth business operations.
   

Requirements

• Αbility to migrate business logic into SQL scripts and create queries in SQL Server.

• Familiarity with .NET and AngularJS.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana.

• Experience with tools like Postman or other REST API tools.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Adaptable, eager to learn, and grow in dynamic environments.

• Teamwork, collaboration, and communication abilities.

• Well-organized with a creative mindset.
   

Nice to have​

• Familiarity with Banking systems.

• Experience in testing processes and Jira.
