We are growing fast and looking for top talent to join our team. We’re hiring a Sales & Account Manager to lead networking, presales, sales, and account management activities. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base, driving revenue, and fueling our company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth (Lead Generation, Presales & Sales)

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Drive presales efforts, including customer interactions, solution presentations, proposal development, and client consultations.

Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.

Represent Programize at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Account Management
-
Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and long-term success. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients’ key stakeholders.

Serve as the primary contact for both startups and corporate accounts, providing strategic guidance and support.
What we are looking for
-
5–10 years of proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in a software product / services company.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Experience managing key accounts and developing strategic partnerships.

Deep understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and industry trends.

Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.

High level of ownership, accountability, and self-motivation.
-
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

High energy level, driven, ambitious, and a positive “get-things-done” attitude.

Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Project Management (PM) tools, with the ability to leverage them for sales and reporting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
Preferred Qualifications

Established relationships and contacts in the tech industry that can be leveraged for strategic collaborations.

Experience in software staff augmentation and outsourcing models.

Familiarity with contract review, legal document management, and compliance.

Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
