Our team is collaborating with a leading company specializing in personalized customer engagement and loyalty solutions for retailers. We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to help build and scale our clients' products. With us, you will have the opportunity to grow technically and professionally by working in an environment that fosters knowledge sharing and growth.

The Role
In this role, you will design, develop, test, and deploy services from planning to production, leveraging AWS serverless architecture, AWS containers, and Python. You’ll work closely with architects, product managers, and development teams to ensure each feature meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.

 

What you will do

  • Drive the software development process from concept to deployment in an agile environment.

  • Deliver end-to-end features and enhancements while keeping top-quality standards.

  • Focus on code quality, supportability, scalability, and performance.

  • Shape feature design and implementation to elevate the product to the next level.
     

What you have

  • 5+ years of professional Backend development experience.

  • 2+ years of professional Python development experience.

  • Experience in leading a feature from its design stage, through implementation and deployment.

  • Experience with microservices or event-driven design is highly valued.

  • Proactive, attention to detail with a drive for excellence.

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or relevant field.

  • Team player with a strong sense of ownership.
