We are partnering with a leading provider of customer data platform (CDP) solutions that empower enterprises to unify data, models, and agents in order to drive AI-powered data analysis and personalized marketing campaigns. Their platform equips businesses with tools to prepare, manage, and activate customer data for impactful decision-making and customer engagement.

The Role

Join a dynamic team to support a cutting-edge customer data platform. You’ll collaborate with existing engineers and work closely with the project lead to resolve data-related tasks, ensuring enterprise clients have clean, prepared data for analysis and campaign execution.

What you will do

• Manage and process enterprise customer data to ensure readiness for platform analysis.

• Provide technical support and resolve assigned tickets within agreed timelines.

• Collaborate with team members and platform engineers when needed to complete complex tasks.

• Use tools such as Python, SQL, Amazon Athena, Databricks, and other data management platforms to perform data operations.

• Participate in continuous improvement of support processes and workflows.
   

What we are looking for

• 2+ years experience in ETL or similar data workflows.

• Strong knowledge of Python and SQL.

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), particularly Amazon Athena, and data processing tools like Databricks.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git), issue tracking tools (e.g. Jira), and communication tools (e.g. Slack).

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and team contribution.

• Degree in Computer Science or a related subject.
