Our team is collaborating with a leading organization in the banking sector and we are looking for a talented FullStack Engineer to strengthen our team and contribute to the development of robust, scalable systems that power critical banking operations.

The Role

• Contribute to the upgrade and enhancement of the Bank’s Payment Platform Internal Administration Portal.

• Support improvements in platform performance, security, scalability, and administrative efficiency.

• Participate in the modernization of the software architecture, including integrations with core banking and payment processing systems.

• Maintain and update technical documentation to reflect system changes and enhancements.

• Support dependency upgrades and library updates, ensuring system stability and compatibility.

• Contribute to identifying and addressing technical debt under guidance from senior team members.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support releases, testing, and deployment activities.

• Monitor application performance and assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

• Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude Code) daily to ship faster & smarter.

What we are looking for

• 4+ years of experience in .NET.

• Proven hands-on experience with React.js.

• Solid experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server), including query optimization and schema design.

• Experience maintaining technical documentation and working within structured development and release processes.

• Familiarity with dependency management, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

​Nice to have

• Experience with Java and its ecosystem (Spring Boot, Kafka Streams).

• Familiarity with Python and its use in backend REST API’s (FastAPI, Flask or Django).
